1. Reservations**

   - Event space bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

   - To secure a reservation, clients must provide a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost.

**2. Payment and Refunds**

   - The deposit is required to hold the date, and the remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the event.

   - Deposits are non-refundable.

   - Clients may reschedule their event if they provide at least 2 weeks' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

**3. Setup and Exit Times**

   - Clients will be granted an additional 30 minutes for setup prior to the event.

   - An extra 15 minutes will be allowed for exiting the venue after the event concludes.

**4. Lost Items**

   - We are not responsible for any personal property that is lost or left behind in the venue.

**5. Photography and Video**

   - We reserve the right to use any photography or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.

**6. Damages and Missing Items**

   - Clients are responsible for any damages to the facility or property during the event and for any missing items.
